Arrange a visit

The SARC offers visits on Wednesdays from 09:00, allowing professionals from all agencies to attend the SARC. Attendees will receive a tour following the journey of our clients, understand the roles of the team throughout the process, and will have the opportunity to ask questions. This is a great opportunity to visit us and gain insight into what potential clients can expect.

We welcome any feedback about our service, and strive to constantly improve the service we provide to clients, and to build positive relationships with other agencies and services throughout Dorset.

Despite our best efforts, we acknowledge that there may be times when clients or their carers may not feel completely happy with the service they have received. We encourage anyone attending to discuss these concerns whilst they are at the SARC to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
